Abstract

Since the process of decentralization of power began in 1979, the definition of the territorial model has been one of the issues that have raised the most debates both in the political sphere and in public law. From these premises, these pages intend to show the convenience of using federal experiences to cover the structural deficiencies and deficits of the autonomous State.
