The rol of the local entities in the Economic recovery

Abstract

The COVID-19 crisis has devastating effects over economy and employment. The economic recovery will mobilize public resources from the European Recovery and Resilience Facility. The approval of the decree law 36/2020 and other regional norms help to this objective. The plan for our country, presented to the European Commission by the Spanish Government in April, should take in to account the projects of local authorities, due to their proximity to the problems, their knowledge of necessities and the more agile intervention capacity.
