The acquisition of bibliographical material and scientific books as legal businesses not excluded from the LCSP 2017

Abstract

The question raised focuses on the economic consideration and the acquisition of bibliographic material and the acquisition of book books, are included in the site of the objective application of Law 9/2017, of November 8, Public Sector Contracts, whereby the European Parliament and Council Directives 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of 26 February 2014 (hereinafter LCSP) are transposed into the Spanish legal order. That is, if it is applicable or not to the LCSP.
