Abstract

This article critically examines the legal framework of the Complaint, reflecting on its correct articulation, in particular, in what refers to the situation of defenselessness in which the plaintiff is left in Spanish Law. It especially suggests that its procedure implies legal interpretation and does not allow political considerations to be taken into account.
