Abstract

The Big Data society, of the analysis and treatment of information, is permeated in all sectors of activity. A modern Public Sector cannot be left behind in this new way of doing things.


Traditionally, both the European and national legislators have paid great attention to the procedural aspect of public procurement, regulating governance aspects in a lighter way. However, the Public Sector Contracts Law contains a complete title intended for governance in public procurement, which regulates different elements of evaluation of the system.
