Certification entities, collaboration entities and administrative simplification in Galicia

Abstract

The municipal compliance certification entities, created by Law 9/2013, of December 19, on entrepreneurship and the economic competitiveness of Galicia, for the sake of the mandate to simplify procedures contained in the Services Directive of the European Union, has undergone substantial changes since the approval of Law 9/2021, of February 25, on administrative simplification and support for the economic reactivation of Galicia, which, in turn, creates environmental collaboration entities. This study dedicates its object to both entities, with attention to their antecedents and the current situation.
