Abstract

Analysis of the right to receive emoluments stemming from additional allowances and specific payments for the higher category position that they actually hold. Problems concerning financial claims by workers who have been performing higher category functions on a stable, continuous basis and by express order of the Administration itself when they actually hold a position of a lower category to which the functions they are in fact performing do not correspond in accordance with the provisions of the list of positions.
