Organic structure of the General Mutual Insurance Scheme for the Judiciary

Abstract

The present work analyzes the organic structure of the MUGEJU, recently modified, highlighting the differences observed with respect to the previous regulations, as well as the vicissitudes of these. Likewise, the dysfunctions and anomalies that underlie the reform operated in 2019 are analyzed to assess the suitability of the changes introduced.
