Abstract

This paper is an analysis of the work performance of the public workers, differentiating itself from the provision of services in the private sphere. Usually, the performance of the workers is evaluated according to subjective criteria and of different interpretation (commitment to the company, teamwork, updating of the worker...) but this does not allow us a clear quantification due to its own subjective nature. This paper propose to assessment the performance according to a total of seven quantifiable, clear and measurable criteria, considering that the updated worker (V.U.C.A. worker) meets them.
