Labor developments of the Public Procurement Law

Abstract

The present work has as objective the presentation and a brief analysis of the main social and labor innovations of the Law of Public Procurement approved last November. With this, the subrogation of workers is analysed in case of reversion of public contracts from the perspective of legal, conventional and voluntary subrogation. On the other hand, the possibility of incorporating social clauses of labor and social matter into the specifications of the contracts was also studied.
