Abstract

This text is a study about the paradigm called feminist constitutionalism. To this end, the concept and characteristics of the notion are addressed to later study its agenda. Next, some comparative models are analyzed that give way to some general criteria about Spain, closing the work with a critical examination of the paradigm that ends with a final reflection as a conclusion.
