In this article we question ourselves about the content and limits of the fundamental right to academic freedom from a perspective that pretends to be original, when dialoguing with bibliographic sources related to our Public Law but not only. Thus, we will try to outline what is meant by such freedom and what its contents are, as well as the challenges that are currently faced.
