La influencia electoral del poder local. El caso de Galicia (2000-2020)

Abstract

This work proposes, first, an innovative methodology that allows estimating the electoral premium obtained by the parties that hold the government of small municipalities in non-municipal elections. Second, an explanation of this electoral premium is offered, which places clientelist networks at the centre of this phenomenon.
