Traditional buildings of the article 40 in the Galician urban Law: concept, evolution and analysis

Abstract

The regulation of traditional buildings in the urban planning legislation in Galicia is a fact consolidated over time, after its treatment in the previous LOUGA and in the current Galician urban Law. However, this continuity is more apparent than real since changes introduced by this last rule are significant.

This paper constitutes an analysis and a reflection on the concepts that make up the law and the effects caused by changes introduced in recent years, which determine a change in trend.
